“3. Elementary Hundred (1) Should have passed Graduation with minimum Trained per cent fifty per cent marks in the case of General Teacher Category candidates and forty-five per cent marks in the case of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Backward Classes and Physically Handicapped candidates, from a recognised university or institution; and
(2) Should possess two years 'Elementary Teachers Training' course or two years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), from a recognized university or institution:
Provided that the candidates, who have done the two years 'Elementary Teachers Training' course or two years Diploma in Elementary Education or have done this course with other nomenclature, with 10+2 qualification, shall be considered for appointment into the Service under these rules till the 30th day of September, 2025.”.
