Section 19: Authority to grant leave

Punjab state warehousing Corporation staff condition of service group A and B,2002State Regulations of Punjab · 1969

(1) The Managing Director or any Officer so authorised by the Managing Director, shall be the authority to grant all kinds of leave,to the members of Service.

(2) The Chairman shall be the authority to sanction casual leave to MD;

(3) The Executive Committee will be the authority to grant earned leave for a period not exceeding 45 days to the MD.

(4) Earned leave in excess of 45 days and extra ordinary leave or sick leave in the case of MD shall be sanctioned by the Board of Directors in consultation with the State Government.
