Section 20: Conduct Rules

In respect of the work and conduct during the tenure of his service, a member of the Service shall be governed by the provisions as contained in the Employees (Conduct) Rules, 1966 applicable to the employees of the State Government:

Provided that if any permission is necessary under the aforesaid rules, the same shall be obtained by a member of the Service from the Managing Director.
