Section 17: Medical fitness certificate Medical facilities, Travelling Allowance, leave and other matters

(1) In respect of medical fitness certificate on first appointment, Medical facilities, Travelling allowance leave and aj| matters pertaining to service not expressly provided in these regulations, the members of the Service shall be governed by the rules and instructions of the State Government issued from time to time and applicable to its .employees. i : 18. Provident Fund and Pension Scheme —(1) In respect of the .members of Servnce who had not opted for the Pension Scheme of the ; Corporatlon, Regulatlons contained in the Punjab State Warehousing Corporatlon Employees Provident Fund Regulatlons 1974 framed with : Notlf catlon No.434-Agri(VIIl)-74/2974 dated. 19.2.1974 shall apply.

2) In respec_t of all other members of the Service, the Pension Scheme referred to in sub regulation (1) shall. apply.
