Section 19: Authorlty to grant leave

(1) The Managlng Director shall be the « authority to grant casual leave to the members of Service.

(2) The Chairman shall be_ the authority to sanction casual leave to MD and subject to the provisions of sub-regulation (1) all other ~ ' leaves to the members of the Service other than the MD.
