Section 2: Definitions

The Rajasthan Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983State Rules of Rajasthan · 1981

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires : - a. "Act" means the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Central Act 14 of 1981);

b. "Form" means a form annexed to these rules;

c. "Section" means the section of the Act;

d. Omitted ; 1 e. Worlds and expressions used but not defined in these rules and defined in the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Central Act 14 of 1981) shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in that Act.
