Section 3: Manner of declaration of any area or areas within the State as air pollution control area or areas

Any area or areas within the State may be declared as air pollution control area or areas either by reference to a map or by reference to the boundry of any district or by reference to the circumference or boundry of the industry specified in the schedule or partly by one method and party by another.

CHAPTER 3 The form of application for the consent of the State Board, the fees payable therefore, the period within which such application shall be made, the particulars it may contain and the procedure for making enquiry for giving consent
