In Advance 3 month before the beginning of the next financial year, the Registrar shall prepare a statement of receipts and expenditure for the next financial year and an revised Budget for the current financial year. These shall be placed 26 jktLFkku jkt&i=] tqykbZ 9] 2019 Hkkx 4 ¼x½ before the Council and the Council forthwith shall decide what financial aid from the Government, (if any) shall be asked for in order to enable it to carry on the functions of the Council.
