Section 12: Inspection by other authorities

The Rajasthan Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1959State Rules of Rajasthan · 2023

(1) The Executive Engineer Electric Inspector, Medical Officer of Health Regional Fire Officer, Entertainment Tax officer,Superintendent of Police or any officer deputed by any of them 1[in writing], may at anytime enter and inspect any Cinema licensed under section 3 of the Act.

(2) Defects revealed by such inspection shall be brought to the notice of the licensee and shall also be reported to the licensing authority.
