In rule 2 of the Rajasthan Forest (Produce Transit) Rules, 1957, hereinafter referred to as the said rules, for the existing expression "without a pass issued by a Forest Officer or person duly authorised by or under these rules", the expression "without a pass as specified in Form I appended to these rules issued by a Forest Officer or person duly authorised by or under these rules or electronic transit pass/mo objection certificate issued electronically on online through National Transit Pass System" shall be substituted.
