Section 3: Amendment of rule 3

Rajasthan Forest (Produce Transit)(Amendment)Rules, 2023State Rules of Rajasthan · 1953

In rule 3 of the said rules,-

(1) in sub-rule (1), for the existing expression "powers to issue passes”, the expression "powers to issue passes and no objection certificate” shall be substituted; and (i1) in sub-rule (2), for the existing expression "Every pass issued under these rules”, the expression "Every pass/no objection certificate issued under these rules" shall be substituted.
