(1) The President of a Gram Sabha shall be removable from office for such reasons, in such circumstances and in such manner, as may be prescribed. (2) The Secretary or any other officer or servant of a Gram Sabha may be removed from service by the Gram Sabha for such reasons, in such circumstances and in such manner, as may be prescribed by regulations.
