Section 19: Conduct of business of Gram Sabha

The Rajasthan Gram Dan Act, 1971State Act of Rajasthan · Act 12 of 1971

Subject to the provisions of the rules, if any, made in this behalf, the business of a Gram Sabha and its committees shall be conducted in such manner as may be prescribed by regulations and such regulations may specify the cases in which the decisions of the Gram Sabha shall be on the basis of unanimity or near unanimity, that is, a majority of not less than ninety per cent of the members present at the meeting.
