Section 37: Repeal and Saving

Rajasthan Ground Water Service Rules,1969State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1969 of 2023

All Rules and orders in relation to matters covered by these rules, and in force immediately before the commencement of these rules, are hereby repealed;

Provided that any action taken under the rules and orders so superseded shall be deemed to have been taken under the provisions of these rules.
