Section 37: Repeal and Saving

Rajasthan Ground Water Service Rules,1973State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1973 of 2023

All rules and orders in relation to matters covered by these Rules and in force immediately before the commencement of these Rules are hereby repealed:

Provided that any action taken under the rules and orders so superseded shall be deemed to have been taken under the provisions of these Rules.
