Section 39: Publication of names entered in the register

The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 1970

(1) The Registrar shall, in every year and from time to time as occasions may require, on or before a date to be fixed in this behalf by the Board, cause to be published, in the Official Gazette and in such other manner as the Board may prescribe, a full or supplementary list arranged in alphabetical order of the names for the time being entered in the register and setting forth-

(a) the registered address and appointment held by, or actual employment of, each person whose name is entered in the register:

(b) the registered titles, degrees and qualifications of each such person and the date on which such title or degree was granted or qualification certified:

Provided that the Registrar shall from time to time get published in the Official Gazette the names of such registered Homoeopaths whose names have been duly removed from the register under any provision of this Act.

(2) In any proceeding it shall be presumed that every person entered in such list is a registered Homoeopath:

Provided that in the case of a person whose name has been entered in the register after the last publication of the list, a certified copy signed by the Registrar of the entry of the name of such person in the register shall be evidence that such person is registered under this Act and such certificate shall be issued free of charge.
