The State Government and Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society shall provide free diagnostic services related to HIV/AIDS, Anti-retroviral Treatment and management of Opportunistic Infections to all people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIVs) in all Government Health facilities across the State notified by the State Government. Anti-retroviral (ARV) drugs shall be provided free of cost in all Government Health facilities in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Central Government, from time to time, under the Act.
