Section 39: Disputes as to constitution of authorities or bodies

The Rajasthan ILD Skills University, Jaipur Act, 2017State Act of Rajasthan · Act 6 of 2017

If any question arises as to whether any person has been duly nominated or is entitled to be a member of any authority or other body of the University , the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision thereon shall be final:

Provided that before taking any such decision, the Chancellor shall give the person affected thereby reasonable opportunity of being heard.
