Section 26: Documentary evidence of allotment or sale of land

Rajasthan improvement trust (disposal of urban land) rules 1974State Rules of Rajasthan · 1959

For every allotment or disposal by auction under these rules a document evidencing the same shall be prepared in the manner prescribed in appropriate forms as may be prescribed by the State Government which shall be signed and for and on behalf of Governor of the State by the Chairman and Secretary of the Trust and shall be duly stamped and registered at the expense of the allottee or the purchaser.
