The lands allotted or disposed by public auction on payment of premium shall further be subject to levy of such imposed by way of rent, revenue, assessment, betterment tax and development charges and shall be f urthersubject to such terms and conditions and restrictions as the State Government may impose or order under Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956, Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 1959 of any other law or enactment of in accordance with the rules made thereunder in this regard.
