The Officer Incharge of the Jail Band may cancel reservaton of the Jail band in the case of any person if the Jail band is required for any function approved by the Government or for Jail function but in such case timely information atleast before twenty four hours shall be given to the person hiring the band as for as periodically and the amount of hiring charges shall be refunded to him in full.
