Section 2: Definitions

The Rajasthan Jail Band Rules, 1965State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

In these rules, unless there, is any thing repugnant in the subject or context :—

(i) 'Government' means the Government of Rajasthan.

(ii) 'Officer Incharge of Band' means the Superintendent of the Jail or in the case of 'B' Class Jail the Deputy Superintendent there of.
