(1) The Board shall constitute a Tariff Committee and a Project Formulation Committee consisting of its members and such other persons including elected representatives under the jurisdiction of the Board as the Government may suggest. (2) The Tariff Committee shall assist the Board in the determination of tariff, rates, rentals, fees and such other charges assigned to the Board under this Act. The Project Formulation Committee shall assist the Board in planning and implementation of schemes and projects.
