- (1) The Board may constitute other Committees for such purposes and functions as may be specified in the regulations. (2) All the Committees constituted under the Act shall meet at such place and at such time, and shall observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings as may be provided by regulations. (3) The members of the Committees may be paid such allowances for meeting the personal expenditure in attending the meetings and for attending to any other work of the Committees as may be prescribed.
