Section 16: The Proctor

The Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur Act,2009State Act of Rajasthan · Act 6 of 2009

(1) The Proctor shall be appointed by the Vice-chancellor for such period and in such m anner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.

(2) The Proctor shall be responsible for the m aintenance discipline among the students and keep the various students union advised o f the various polices and practices in the University.

(3) The Proctor shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
