Section 18: The Registrar

The Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur Act,2009State Act of Rajasthan · Act 6 of 2009

(1) The Registrar shall be appointed by the Chancellor, in such m anner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.

(2) All contracts shall be signed and all documents and record shall be authenticated by the Registrar on behalf o f the University.

(3) The Registrar Shall be the M em ber Secretary o f the Board o f Management and Academ ic Council but he shall not have a right to vote.

(4) The Registrar shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
