Section 20: Officers and servants.

The Rajasthan Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955State Act of Rajasthan · Act 5 of 1955

The Board may [subject to any general or special directions issued by the State Government] appoint such officers and servants as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions:

[Provided that Board may, subject as aforesaid, direct that one person shall be appointed to discharge the duties of any two or more officers.]
