Section 21: Pay and conditions of Service of the Secretary and other officers and servants.

The Rajasthan Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955State Act of Rajasthan · Act 5 of 1955

(1) The pay and other conditions of service of the Secretary to the Board [and the financial Adviser thereto] shall be such as may be fixed by the State Government.

(2) The pay and other conditions of service of other officers and servants of the Board shall be such, as may be determined by the Board regulations.
