Section 12: Qualifications of the Land Pooling Officer

(1) A person to be appointed as a Land Pooling Officer shall be one who holds a post not below the rank of Deputy Town Planner or Executive Engineer or an officer of the Rajasthan Administrative Service or of any service, as the State Government may deem fit.

(2) The appointment of Land Pooling Officer shall be made by an order, a copy of which shail be forwarded to the appropriate authority concerned. The appropriate authority shall immediately affix such order on the notice board of the office of the appropriate authority and also at prominent places in the area of the scheme.
