Section 14: Drawing of preliminary scheme and final scheme

(1) The preliminary scheme to be drawn up by the Land Pooling Officer shall contain relevant plans and forms with details referred to in section 6 and the decisions taken by the Land Pooling Officer under sub-section (1) of section 9. The final scheme drawn up by the Land Pooling Officer shall contain all plans of the preliminary scheme, forms, regulations for control of development and decisions taken by the Land Pooling Officer under sub-section (4) of section 23.

(2) For the purpose of valuation of plots, the valuation methodology as adopted by Public Works Department of the State Government shall be taken as a standard practice unless otherwise specified by the State Government.
