(1) Documents, plans andmaps relating to a finally sanctioned scheme (preliminary as well as final) shall be kept open for public inspection at the office of the appropriate authority at any time during office hours of the appropriate authority for a period of six months from the date of the Official Gazette in which the sanction was published.
(2) All Schemes (preliminary and final) sanctioned finally by the State Government shall be kept in office record of the appropriate authority on the expiry of the period mentioned in sub-rule (1).
(3) The authorised officer of the appropriate authority may, on an application of an owner of any plot included in the scheme so sanctioned, issue a certificate in Form-I specifying the area and boundaries of a final plot, the nature of the tenure of land of the owner’s title to such a plot and the name of the person to whom the plot has been allotted under the scheme.
