Section 3: Publication of declaration of intention to make a land pooling scheme

(1) The declaration of intention to make a land pooling scheme under the provisions of the Act shall be published in Form-A in the Official Gazette and shall also be published in one or more newspapers having wide circulation in the area proposed to be included in the scheme. The appropriate authority shall cause copies of such declaration to be pasted at the prominent places in or near such area and also at the notice board of the office of the appropriate authority.

(2) The appropriate authority shall submit a copy of resolution along with a plan showing the area which it proposes to include in the land pooling scheme and Khasra map showing the scheme boundary and adjoining Khasra es 1 the scheme to the State Government within twenty one days of declaration of such intention.
