Section 10: Leave

(a) Privilege leave and other kinds of leave up to one month, where no substitute is required, will be granted by the Tehsildar who shall make temporary arrangement of the Patwari's duties to be performed by Patwaris of the adjoining circles.

Privilege and other kinds of leave over one month, when no substitute is required, will be granted by the Sub-Divisional Officer but in all cases, in which appointments of substitutes are to be made, leave will be granted by the Collector.

(b) Casual leave will be granted by the Land Records Inspector, who shall immediately submit a report of the same tot he Tehsildar.

(c) All applications for leave by the Patwaris should be submitted to the sanctioning authority through proper channel and the Inspec tor of Land Records and the Tehsildar shall be informed of the orders passed thereon.
