Every person appointed as Member of the Board shall be required to take an oath or make a solemn affirmation that he will bear true facts and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established and that he will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India and that he will duly and faithfully discharge the duties of his office except in the case of an officer appointed from the Indian Administrative Service or Rajasthan Judicial Service or Rajasthan Administrative Service who has already taken such an oath or made such an affirmation.
