(1) The terms and conditions of the service including salary and allowances of the Chairman and other members appointed from the Indian Administrative Service, Rajasthan Judicial Service and Rajasthan Administrative Service shall be regulated by the rules applicable to them respectively in their parent service:
Provided that in addition to the salary payable to him under the rules applicable to him in his parent service, he shall, during his tenure as the Chairman or a Member or until his retirement, whichever is earlier, be entitled to fifteen percent of his basic pay by way of special allowance.
(2) A Member appointed from advocates shall be entitled to salary, allowances (including house rent, traveling, medical, city compensatory allowances, etc.) and leave similar to that admissible to a Higher Super Time Scale Officer of the Rajasthan Administrative Service. His salary shall be fixed at the first cell of the Pay Matrix of the Pay Level L-24 of the Higher Super Time Scale of the Rajasthan Administrative Service and he shall be entitled to annual increments on the same terms and conditions as is admissible to the officer of the Rajasthan Administrative Service.
(3) A member appointed from the advocates may be granted leave as follows:
(a) At any one time, leave on full pay equal to the period of one eleventh of the total period spent on duty, maximum period of four months.
(b) Each period of leave on medical certificate on leave salary equivalent of half pay subject to the total of such periods of leave not exceeding 20 days per year of completed service.
(c) Extraordinary leave without pay and allowances, subject to a maximum of three months at any time.
(4) The Chairman or the Member appointed from Indian Administrative Service or Rajasthan Judicial Service or Rajasthan Administrative Service shall have the option to,-
(i) retain Government accommodation allotted to him at Jaipur; and
(ii) use accommodation in circuit house Ajmer at normal rates during Bench days.
