Section 9: Order of precedence

Rajasthan Land Revenue (Qualifications and Conditions of Service of Chairman & Members of the Board) Rules, 1971State Rules of Rajasthan · 1956

(1) The Chairman shall have rank and precedence over the other Members.

(2) A Member from the Indian Administrative Service shall have rank and precedence over the Members appointed from the Rajasthan Judicial Service, Rajasthan Administrative Service and Advocates.

(3) A Member from the Rajasthan Judicial Service shall have rank and precedence over the Members appointed from the Rajasthan Administrative Service and Advocates.

(4) A Member from the Rajasthan Administrative Service shall have rank and precedence over the Members appointed from Advocates.

(5) Inter se rank and precedence amongst the members of the same category shall be determined as per their seniority in their parent cadre and the rank and precedence of the Members appointed from the advocates shall be determined as per the date of their joining as a Member.
