Section 4: Scrutiny of application and issue of Family Pension Payment Order

The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Ex-Members Family Pension) Rules, 2010State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

(1) On receipt of an application for the grant of family pension under these rules, the Principal Secretary shall determine, after such verification as he deems necessary, the eligibility or otherwise for the grant of family pension to the person claiming such pension under the Act.

(2) In case of person by whom the family pension is claimed is found eligible to grant of the same, Family Pension Payment Order shall be issued in favour of the applicant by the Secretary in Form II.
