Section 9: Provision for payment of amount due on account of the journey

The Principal Secretary shall arrange to make the payment from the budget of the Legislative Assembly the amount due on account of the journey undertaken by the Ex-member/Family Pensioner, as determined on the basis of the Ex-member’s/Family Pensioners Bus Journey Forms (duplicate foils) sent by the State Roadways for payment.
