Section 8: Report of loss of pass, etc

The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Ex-Members (Free Transit by Road Transport Service) Rules, 1989 and (Amendment) Rules, 2019State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

When an Ex-member or Family Pensioner as the case may be loses his Pass/Free Journey Form Book, he shall immediately report the fact of such loss to the Principal Secretary Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and Execuitve Director (Traffic) Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation. On receipt of such report, a fresh Pass/Free Journey Form Book, as the case may be, may be issued by the Secretary to the 1Ex- member or Family Pensioner as the case may be on his paying rupees fifty in the case of the pass and rupees fifty in the case of each Free Journey Form Book. If the pass/ free journey form book is subsequently found, it shall be surrendered to the Secretary.
