(1) Every person, who has served as a member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly shall be entitled to receive reimbursement of actual fare of any journey undertaken by him, either alone or with persons accompanying him, within the territory of India in any class of rail, air, ship or steamer, subject to a maximum limit of rupees #one lakh in a financial year.
@"Provided that if the total amount of reimbursement received in a financial year under this rule is less than one lakh rupees, the amount by which the amount of reimbursement is less than one lakh rupees shall be carried forward for one financial year and the whole amount remained unutilised at the end of second financial year shall stand lapsed."
"(1A) Every person, who has served as a member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly shall be entitled to receive, from out of the amount available in the relevant year under sub-section (1) of section 4-D of the Act, reimbursement of amount equivalent to actual fare of journey abroad by air, ship or steamer paid by him, either alone or with persons accompanying him after approval of his request for such journey being accorded by the Sepaker of the Legislative Assembly. Such journey shall be subject to compliance of guidelines issued and/or rules made relating to permission of such journey abroad by the Government of India and State Government, from time to time."
(2) Where the Ex-member is elected as Member of Legislative Assembly or Member of Parliament during a financial year, the reimbursement shall be proportionate in that financial year.
(3) Where the Ex-member received the reimbursement of the limit of amount #Rupees 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) before elected as Member of Legislative Assembly or Member of Parliament in a financial year, the amount already paid in excess shall be deposited by such member or if not deposited it shall be adjusted by the Principal Secretary from the amount payable to such member.

(4) Ex-members shall submit a travel bill in duplicate along with Original Ticket of the journey to the Principal Secretary.
