Section 2: Application for family pension

The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Member's Family Pension) Rules, 1983State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

An application for the grant of family pension, under these rules shall be made by the person entitled to such pension under *Section 4-(B) of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers & Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956 to the Secretary, Legislative Assembly in Form I :

Provided that on accepting any salaried post, the person shall not be eligible or entitled to be given the pension under these rules :

Provided further that the person shall not be entitled and eligible for the pension under these rules if he/she remarries.
