Section 3: Scrutiny of application and issue of Family Pension Payment Order

The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Member's Family Pension) Rules, 1983State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

(1) On receipt of an application for the grant of family pension under these rules, the Secretary, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly shall determine, after such verification as he deems necessary, the eligibility or otherwise for the grant of family pension to the person claiming such pension under the Act.

(2) In case of person by whom the family pension is claimed is found eligible to the grant of the same, family pension payment order shall be issued in favour of the applicant by the Secretary, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly for the un-expired portion of the term of office of deceased member from the date of the death of such member in Form II.
