A member and any other person accompanying the member shall be entitled to carry such luggage free of charge as is permissible to a passenger for the class in which the member and such other person travel and the member and such other person shall have to pay for the respective excess luggage, if any, on the rates fixed in that behalf by the State Road Transport Corporation.
