Rule 3 of these rules shall apply to the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and also to Government Chief Whip and the Deputy Government Chief Whip who are hereinafter referred to as the said Officers and rule 4 of these rules shall apply to the Leader of the Opposition.
