In the matter of use and maintenance of the State Car to be provided to the said Officers under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 6A of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956 (Rajasthan Act 6 of 1957) and grant of travelling and daily allowances to the said Officers under sub-section (5) of section 6A of the said Act, the provisions contained in the Rajasthan Ministers (Travelling Allowances and Use and Maintenance of Conveyance) Rules, 1974 for the time being in force shall mutatis mutandis apply.
