Section 23: Audit of Fund

The Rajasthan Municipalities (Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity) Rules, 1969State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

(1) The amount of the Fund shall be audited by the Examiner, Local Fund Audit Department, Rajasthan, in accordance with the provisions of Rajasthan Local Fund Audit Act, 1954 and rules made thereunder.

(2) The Executive Officer shall remove or cause to be removed the discrepancies pointed out by the Examiner, Local Fund Audit in his report and shall submit a compliance report within a period of two months from date of receipt of the report.
