Section 24: Removal of difficulties

The Rajasthan Municipalities (Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity) Rules, 1969State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of these rules, the Government or any officer appointed by it in this behalf may, by order, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of these rules which appears to it or him as the case may be to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.

(2) If any dispute of doubt arises with regard to the interpretation of any of the provisions of these rules, the decision of the Government shall be final.
