Section 2: Repeal and savings

The Rajasthan Municipalities (Grant of Conveyance Allowance) Rules, 1974State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

All orders and rules in force in any Municipality in relation to the matters covered by these rules shall stand suspended from the date of commencement of these rules:

Provided that anything done or any action taken under the orders so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of these rules until those are modified or superseded by action taken or orders made under these rules.
