Section 15: Payment of Recurring Grant

(1) Payment of grant-in-aid may be sanctioned by the Director of Education regularly to the institution already on the grant-in-aid list within the budget provision in the current financial year.

(2) If any institution has worked for less than 200 days during the twelve months ending-on March 31, a proportionate reduction may be made from the annual grant payable under the rule.
