When an emnployee who has been removed, dismissed or suspended is remitted and the period of suspension is treated as a period spent on duty and the managing committee holds that the employee has been fuly exonerated or in the case of suspension that is was wholly unjustified, the employee shall be given the full pay and dearness allowance to which he would have been entitled had he not been removed, dismissed or suspended, as the case may be.

42. Implementation of Orders in Appeal,- If the managing Committee neglects or fails to make payment to the employee which has become due in view of the orders passed in appeal, the Director of Education shall be empowered to deduct such amount from the grant-in-aid payable to the institution and disburse the same to the employee concerned. Such paymnent to the employee shall be regarded to be a payment made to the institution as grant-in-aid under these rules.
43. Private Tuition.- The rules regulating the private tuition by the employees shall be the same as those applicable to the employees of the Govt.
educational institutions.
